Priya Sivadas, is a versatile, result-oriented HR trainer, with over 18 years of job experience. She founded Training For You and ventured into high-end training programs in 2013. She partnered with Mr. Noushad Nilgris in 2021 and gave wings to her dreams to convert Training For You into a company. Currently she focuses on individual and group training programs like Personality Grooming, Mind Setting Training, I Am Alive, 9 Mental Traps, etc. and Training Awareness programs in institutions and companies to name a few highly acclaimed ones.

She was trained under the guidance of Dr. Prasad Sunderarajan, who is a student of David Macland, the person who coined the term COMPETENCY. She is blessed to have met him when she was only 21 and mentored by him. She continues to grow spiritually, mentally and emotionally under his guidance for the past 27 years. Consistent years of exposure in the field of research, training and development is the secret behind the clarity of her thoughts, speech and action. She gets into the details of an individual, profile or company and analyses the actual problem and delegates action oriented customized solutions towards the same.

Her venture, Training For You is a training company, that focuses on providing training at both micro and macro levels to corporate and individuals. With a committed faculty, T4U aims at catering to its clients both on general and specific areas of interest. It provides customized services wherever required.
