FAMILY:-

She hails from an affluent joint family in Mahe, with 80% of her family members being leading business entrepreneurs. She is the granddaughter of Late C.C.Balakrishnan, a leading businessman from Mahe. She is a single mother, with a son, Rishiraj Mahi, staying in a joint family, with her parents and grandmother in Panampilly Nagar. A family – oriented person who believes in taking action at the right juncture, she has been able to mould herself into the person she now is, from the pain she has endured in her life journey.

EDUCATION :-

She did her bachelors in Community Development from St. Teresas College, Ernakulam. She completed Creative Management and Network Thinking from Genius Choice of Creative Management, Coimbatore. She has an MBA from the reputed Alliance Business Academy, Bangalore, with her specialisation in Marketing and Entrepreneurship. She was trained under the guidance of Dr. Prasad Sunderarajan, who is a student of David Macland, the person who coined the term COMPETENCY. She is blessed to have met him when she was only 21 and mentored by him. She continues to grow spiritually, mentally and emotionally under his guidance for the past 27 years. Consistent years of exposure in the field of research, training and development is the secret behind the clarity of her thoughts, speech and action.
