Akhil Shaan’s diverse background and versatility in training enables him to tap on a plethora of experiences in sharing, connecting and engaging with people. Known for his creative training methodologies, he infuses his trainings with sincerity, dynamism and humor, spurring students to an efficacious learning experience for the last ten years.

Mr. Shaan started his professional journey as an R&D Engineer at Broadcom Inc and later got his management skills sharpened through the rigorous training from the Indian Institute of Management (IIM). He is the Founder-CEO of Aesthetix Innovations LLP and Coconut Weddings LLP. He is a consultant trainer for some of the renowned institutions like TIME, Career Launcher, Rise High and Training4U. It is his love for trainings and spreading knowledge lead him to design various training programs for students who are aspiring to excel in the professional scenario.
